Yeah. I know I put in the description that it was meant to be stretched, but I'm not sure I ever really expected it to be. Which is why I added the "can be tiled" part. I don't think I did any other stretch tiles after this one, but I could be wrong...I don't remember my history of submittions.

How so? O.o Most of my older tiles (one of which this comment is under) were simply me making scribbles and then copy-pasting them in such a way that the same scribble had been pasted on all four corners, and then color in the spots in between in a symmetrical pattern. Newer tiles (I call them frameworks, in case you haven't gotten to the first of them yet) I actually try to do more than just scribble around, though I still employ the copy-paste technique because I'm lazy and don't see the point of drawing out an entire pattern that I intend to repeat on each of four corners.
Of course, I do this stuff when I'm bored so I probably just don't think anything of it as being "technical skill"...even if it is technical skill, I'd think the copy-pasting would take points away from that.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
